Roy was hands on through out the whole process…from talking with the claims adjuster, bring me numerous samples to select from along with gutter colors. His advice was spot on. He was present during the removal of the old shingles and the installation of the new roof. He knows all his sub contractors and has a friendly and respectful relationship with them. Roy is the BEST!!
I had been declined by my insurance company twice for wind and hail damage and Roy Pellerin hammered on them until they agreed that a new roof was indeed required. He used upgraded materials and insured everything went smoothly. The shingles, the dumpster and his amazing team all arrived promptly and extra steps were taken to protect our landscaping, gazebo, pool, a/c unit, pool equipment, screens and garage door.
